Bathroom Disaster

So I told Brody I wanted new tile for Valentines day and he said ok. Well we started to tear up the floor and found water damage. It was so discouraging! Our little project turned into a big project. Brody and Jim had to tear up the sub-floor and put in a new one. So three weekends later it.... Finished ( I'll upload finished pics when its all decorated and done)

Christmas 2010

It was a great Christmas. Kyler was super spoiled. Brody got his camera lens he really wanted and I got everything I wanted. It was a wonderful day. I love the time with my family.

Kyler's Bad December

On December 10th I was at a work Party, when it was over I saw a few texts and calls. I checked the text and it said "I think you need to come home Kyler needs stitches." I start to panic and call Brody and I was not very nice and wouldn't listen to anything he said. I just wanted to get to my baby as quickly as possible. I called my mother in law and we all met at Davis Family. My poor guy had to be held down by all three of us. He got a nice shot of lidocaine, which was awful and 7 stitches. Earlier that day, I had him at my work and he fell off a chair and bruised his poor check and ended up with a scratch. 2 weeks after that he fell on the floor at home and needed staples. Only pictures of the staples are on our phones but these are the wonderful stitches.

Swan Hunt 2010

The day after Thanksgiving we decided to venture out for our swan. Dallas, Brody and I loaded up and headed to Bear River Bird Refuge. We watched for about 20 minutes and finally decided where we were going to sit. We walked about 100 yds or so off the road and got ready. We were barely just sitting when a flock came over. We all shot and 2 birds went down. We decided it was mine and Dallas'. Dallas' bird went for a mile walk and poor Dallas had to follow. Mine just dropped and when I got there it was a young bird. I felt kinda bad that mine was a young guy. Maybe an hour or so later Brody shot his bird. I was so excited we all got our birds.

Halloween 2010

A few days before Halloween we carved pumpkins Kyler wasn't sure about putting his hand in the pumpkin, but eventually did. Cory and Gina came over to help Kyler carve his pumpkins. It was fun! For Halloween, we went around to family and friends to trick or treat. We were Dorothy, the Scarecrow and the Lion. It was raining that night so we didn't want to walk around. We had a lot of fun. Kyler was so stinking cute. Went to the Webb's and saw the Bowman bunch. The were so cute in the costumes, especially Aftyn. She had enough for the night when we got there though. It was a really good night.

Florida 2010

First off I way behind in my blogging. We have done a lot since our last blog. But I decided to just do our trip to Orlando. We had so much fun. We were there for a little over a week. We went to Disney World, Sea World, and Clearwater Beach. We did so much and took tons of pictures. I only can post a few. Kyler got sick our last day (teething) so he looks like some sad old man face at the beach. It was so nice to get away with my family and have some fun.

4th of July (actually the 5th)

On the 3rd the three of us went to Clearfield City's fireworks. Kyler loved them. He just stared the whole time. We forgot the camera though and so there are no pictures from that night. On the 5th we went to Layton City's. We sat on the football field with my family. Kyler was so tired. He feel asleep during the fireworks. It was a great family weekend. Wish I would have made it to some parades but maybe next year.
